I found the hotel's location marvellous, not far from several fast food restaurants and a Wal-Mart, the center, and local restaurants and grocery stores. Spotlessly clean room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and provided great service. the location was convenient for exploring the safe area, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

The cleaning staff was fabulous!!! These ladies went way above to help us with our room needs. The maintance guys were equally helpful in all aspects.

When we first checked in and went around to our room, the cleaning staff was helping direct us to our room, only the cleaning staff informed us that there was already someone staying in that room. So one of the cleaning staff went to the front to make certain she was correct in her statement. She asked me to come back into the lobby and get another room assigned to me. Our bathroom overflowed around 7:30 p.m. and we had used 2 of our 3 towels to clean the floor. I called down to the hotel lobby to ask for more towels but was told that the owner had taken the laundry key and that door was locked and we would have to wait until morning to get towels.

The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do, the rooms were clean and unique, and the friendly staff took good care of them, plus the breakfast had a variety of options.

Night receptionist very unprofessional. Did not know the name of the manager and continued talking on her personal cellphone during our attempted check in. Could not find our reservations and did not care.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium due to its excellent group travel and meeting planning services. the amenities like free hot breakfast, WiFi, and a business center were convenient for my work needs.

One service that I missed for my work was not having a working phone in my room, which made it challenging to communicate efficiently during my stay.

Our stay was mind-blowing! the woman at check-in was phenomenal, making us feel super comfortable. the offered sandwiches breakfast and banana muffins bread were jaw-droppingly delicious, and the staff went above and beyond trying to ensure our comfort.

Cleanliness was very poor, as was condition of furniture and daily service. For instance, my tissue box ran out and was never replaced.

The continental breakfast has plenty of food, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are especially nice here.

This hotel has clean, unique rooms - we wish we had more time for the continental breakfast they offer. Rewritten: the rooms at this hotel are well-kept and distinctive - we missed out on the continental breakfast since we were short on time.
